Annabel James
Associate
Annabel is an aviation finance associate based in the firm's London office. She advises financiers, lessors and operators on cross-border leasing and financing transactions involving commercial aircraft.
She has experience negotiating and advising upon transactions including lease novations, sale-and-leasebacks and the acquisition and disposal of aircraft, often involving multiple assets. She trained in Stephenson Harwood's London and Singapore offices with a focus on asset finance work, including a period spent with the firm's shipping finance team. She has contributed to publications in relation to the firm's decarbonisation focus within both the aviation and maritime sectors.
