Bryony Roy is a managing associate in the competition team in the London office, with extensive experience advising clients across the full range of EU and UK competition law issues. Areas of expertise include global cartel investigations, multi-jurisdictional merger control and advising on the compatibility of horizontal and vertical commercial agreements with the competition rules. Other experience includes acting in relation to competition authority market investigations and abuse of dominance investigations, as well as advising on general competition compliance matters.
Bryony's clients are active in a wide range of sectors, including technology, transport, financial services, pharmaceutical, retail and manufacturing, in the UK, EU and globally.
