Associate

Lucy is an associate in our commercial litigation department, who advises on disputes encompassing a number of sectors. Lucy has particular experience in aviation litigation and regulation.

Lucy has advised on a wide range of disputes in the aviation sector, ranging from breach of contract claims to an enforcement action brought by a national regulator, and involving both High Court litigation and international arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce.

She has advised on aviation regulatory matters and assisted airlines in respect of investigations by regulators such as the Civil Aviation Authority and the Competition and Markets Authority. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Lucy advised clients on the introduction of new legislation by national governments and has helped clients to navigate the constantly evolving regulatory landscape.
